You can sign up for a free personal email address through many websites including Hotmail (www.hotmail.com), Yahoo (mail.yahoo.com) and Google (mail.google.com). An email address is required to register on www.LiveWellKnowHow.com.
Your username is the same as what you use to log in to the OracleHR system. Go to www.livewellknowhow.com/resetpassword.aspx to see your username along with a link to reset your password. (Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't receive an email shortly as it may have been marked as spam.)

Converting all activities into “steps” allows everyone to compare their activity level on the same base measurement. Plus, it’s an easy way to see if you’re reaching the daily goal of 10,000 steps that research shows can help you build stamina, burn calories and give you a healthier heart.
Review the activities listed in the drop-down menu of the Step Conversion Calculator, and select the activity that’s most like the activity you performed.
We recommend using the Step Conversion Calculator located in The Challenge section of the website. This way, all associates use the same conversion rate for these activities.
All associates will receive a pedometer and Challenge pin in early January at your work location.
Once you reach 10,000 steps or more in one day and record it into the online Tracking Log, you automatically will be entered in the drawings.
If you complete more than 10,000 steps in one day, you can still record the total number. While you will only receive one entry, your total number of steps will help your individual ranking as well as your team’s ranking.
If you can’t log on every day, or if you forget to record a day or two, don’t worry! Keep track of your steps and then come back to the site any time before the end of The Wellness Challenge to record your steps. The Wellness Challenge ends Monday, February 9.

Keep in mind that it’s best to keep your online Tracking Log as up-to-date as possible as your individual and team rankings depend on the number of steps you record. Plus, we’ll be drawing for prizes along the way, and you must have your steps recorded online to earn entries into the drawings!
Weekly prize winners have the choice of a $50 gift card to Michaels or Aaron Brothers. If you win, you'll be notified via email at the email address you used to register for this site. So, be sure to keep your online Tracking Log up-to-date and check your emails often. Note: The value of any prizes won is subject to applicable taxes. Michaels will “gross up” the value of prizes, meaning the net amount of the prize will be increased to include taxes that would be incurred by you.
We’ll be giving out prizes throughout the three-week Challenge. If you win, you’ll receive an email at the email address you provided when you registered for the site.
Absolutely not. The Wellness Challenge is completely voluntary. You have the option of participating or not participating. Participation will in no way impact your performance evaluation, pay or eligibility for benefits. The Wellness Challenge simply offers a fun, educational way for you to challenge yourself to better health.
If you are in a store, you’re automatically on your store's team, but you must register on www.LiveWellKnowHow.com before you can begin participating. If you are at Artistree, the Support Center or a Distribution Center, you must also register for the site and can join any time during The Challenge, but you will have to compete as an individual. To register for the site, your initial username is your OracleHR ID (OHR "username") and your initial password is: LIVEWELL.
If you are in a store, you’re automatically part of your store's team. Work with your Store Manager to select a Team Captain. The Team Captain will receive additional information, including the Team Captain code to enter on the site to be able to name the team. If you are a Support Center associate, you can create your own team or join an existing team. Just log on to www.LiveWellKnowHow.com and click Join a Team on the home page. If you form your own team, keep your team limited to 10-12 associates. You must have at least 2 associates to form a team. If you are a Distribution Center or Artistree associate, you can contact your Human Resources Generalist to join a team.
Meet with your Store Manager to get the Team Captain Code. Log on to www.LiveWellKnowHow.com, click on the My Team graphic and enter the Team Captain code when prompted. If your Store Manager cannot find the code, you can call the Associate HelpLine at 1-855-432-MIKE (6453) to get it. There can only be one Team Captain per store location.
Store associates who have been named the Team Captain can ask their Store Manager for the Team Captain Code. If your Store Manager cannot find the code, you can call the Associate HelpLine at 1-855-432-MIKE (6453) to get it.
All submitted team names are subject to approval before they will appear on the site. Please allow 24-48 hours for your team name to be approved. If it's been more than 24-48 hours since you submitted your team name, check your team name status by clicking on My Team from the home page. If your team name has been denied, you must submit a new team name before January 5.
If you are a non-store associate, when you log on to www.LiveWellKnowHow.com, an invitations box will pop up if you have pending team invitations. You can also access your invitations by clicking the My Invitations tab on the site. If you don’t have any pending invitations, the pop-up and the tab will not appear. Store, DC or Artistree associates do not have the invitation option.
Be sure you are registered on www.LiveWellKnowHow.com. Talk to your coworkers and/or teammates about organizing exercise at lunchtime or break time and encourage “walking meetings.” How can you be part of a team? If you are a store associate, work with your Store Manager to select a Team Captain and a team name. Make sure your Team Captain logs on to www.LiveWellKnowHow.com before January 9 and submits your team name by clicking on the My Team graphic on the home page. If you are a Support Center associate, you can become a Team Captain by logging on to www.LiveWellKnowHow.com and clicking Join a Team on the home page. From there, you can name your team and invite other associates within your business unit to join your team. Teams must be submitted by January 5. If you are a Distribution Center or Artistree associate, reach out to your Human Resources Generalist prior to January 5 to join a team.
